Why YES?

Our Mission is to provide the education of life skills and success principals to our future leaders of the world. Together, by instilling the foundation of entrepreneurship, such as leadership, team building, critical thinking, communication, sense of community, and more, YES student will become much more equipped for life after high school, whether going to college, starting their career, and/or becoming a business owner. The end goal in mind is to create future leaders that perform at their upmost ability through vision building of what more is possible and what more they are capable of achieving.

YES, was founded through Vision of our President Jeff Rollon and his mentor Stephen Dela Cruz. Both Jeff and Stephen were miss guided kids with lots of legal troubles. Growing up, both had the entrepreneurship spirit but never had proper guidance or mentorship. Both now have achieved tremendous amount of success because guidance and mentorship, both wondered how much more success they could have achieved if they had the proper guidance and mentorship when they were growing up. They both wanted to give back to the community and help the youth and that’s how the Y.E.S. was founded.

YES stand for Young Entrepreneur Society. We are a California Nonprofit 501 (c)(3) that serves high schools on a weekly basis. Every week our team of volunteers hosts school clubs during their lunch break to bring them FREE lunch & activities, and videos around the spirit of entrepreneurship (leadership, team building, critical thinking, communication, sense of community, etc).

Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death in teens between 13 and 18.

Depression and anxiety are the number 1 and 2 mental illnesses suffered among students in high school.

1 out of 6 teens have seriously considered suicide. 1 out of 12 have attempted suicide.

78% of students have started drinking alcohol. 42.5% of students have used drugs. Of that, 25% have used hard drugs such as cocaine, LSD, and Ecstasy.

50% of students have been bullied online.

Every 26 seconds a student drops out of high school.

We believe this is due to lack of purpose and lack of vision. Our team comes in every week to bring the spirit of entrepreneurship to give hope and vision for their future. We focus on goal setting, personal development, budgeting, serving, team building, etc.

Our vision is to have Y.E.S. in every high school across United States.
